Abstract
Case report

A 45 year-old man with a history of adrenal phaeochromocytoma presented with a subretinal juxtapapillary hemorrhage on his left eye and a small asymptomatic vascular tumor in the contralateral eye. With the mentioned findings, the patient was diagnosed with bilateral retinal capillary haemangioma in the context of a von Hippel Lindau disease. Intravitreal aflibercept was prescribed, with a good outcome of the disease.
