Vértigo cervical. Una controversia científica

Fundamento

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la relación entre la patología cervical y el vértigo.

Método

Revisión bibliográfica de los artículos aparecidos con respecto a ambas patologías en Medline desde 1975.

Resultados

Pese a los diversos estudios y trabajos hallados al respecto no hemos encontrado ninguno que muestre una evidencia significativa de interrelación que demuestre la etiología cervical del vértigo.

Abstract

The objetive of this study is to analyse the relationship between neck problems and vertigo.

Method

Bibliographie review of articles published on Medline since 1975 that deal with both problems.

Results

Despite the existence of different studies and pieces of research concerning this subject, we have no found any that show significant evidence of interrelation for the neck related aetiology of vertigo.
