The literature is abundant on social entrepreneurship; however, it is quite surprising to have scarce information regarding the motives of green social behaviour which leads to entrepreneurial success. Besides the commercial and social aspects of entrepreneurs that add value to businesses and social spheres, biosphere behaviours are equally important as they add value to environmental success by curbing the negative effects of climate changes. Eco-friendly social behaviour of entrepreneurs is very much sensitive to environmental quality, hence, keenly look into environmental related issues such as deforestation, overexploitation of natural resources, higher fossil fuel consumption etc. Since, the environmental deterioration accelerates further due to business activities, thereby, stakeholders involve in green social behaviour and transfer the knowledge to others so that organizations may endeavour more eco-friendly practices to maintain sustainability and ensure success. The innovative practices and knowledge transfer behaviour, differs from traditional assumptions of conventional market. Green social behaviour is remarkably significant for environment and company as it sympathizes with green growth and sustainability issues of the economy. Along with it, it also emphasizes on ecological values and social justice that together unlock the success. It is quite fortunate that green entrepreneurs and ventures can foster green social behaviour through knowledge and innovative practices that consequently lead to entrepreneurial success and green economy. However, bureaucracy and legislative instabilities at times put threat on innovative practices of green ventures that not only restrict their growth and limit the process of knowledge sharing. Thus, institutional bodies must be finding ways to foster green social behaviour, innovative practices and knowledge share process in order to gain entrepreneurial success.
Furthermore, the cognitive processes and personal characteristics of entrepreneurs surely have the capability to build the desired behaviour which increases social competence. Agreeing with the statement, social capital of entrepreneurs, which is based on their reputation and social network, helps them to share knowledge and gain access to personas which are important for the entrepreneurial success. Thus, we can say that social competence with green element not only shapes the knowledge sharing process and innovative practices but also unlocks the success of green ventures.
