The article “Transformation of cuprite to tenorite through a martensitic-like type process in copper-doped glasses annealed in reduced atmosphere with the metal copper formation”, available online on August 24, 2023 in Boletín de la Sociedad Española de Cerámica y Vidrio has been withdrawn at the request of the Editor-in-Chief, Amador C. Caballero. The withdrawal has been decided upon following an investigation into concerns raised by a third party, which revealed significant redundancy in primary data and simultaneous submission with another published article by an overlapping group of authors elsewhere [https://doi.org/10.1111/jace.19507].
The authors were informed of the decision to withdraw the article. Dr. Celia Marcos did not agree to the withdrawal and the wording of the notice.
