Abstract
Case report

A newborn male with right proptosis secondary to a retroocular mass was admitted. Ophthalmological examination also showed corneal ulcer and perforation, iris hernia, total ophthalmoplegia, chemosis and eyelid retraction. The histopathology diagnosis was mature teratoma.
