Resumen

El embarazo no aumenta el riesgo de rechazo del injerto. Los resultados perinatales son buenos aunque aumenta la incidencia de parto prematuro debido a hipertensión, preeclampsia y rotura prematura de membranas

Pregnancy does not increase the risk of graft rejection. Perinatal results are good. The incidence of premature delivery increases due to hypertension, preeclampsia and premature rupture of the membranes
