Women of 65 years old, operated of a caesarean delivery and a hysterectomy and double adnexectomy some years later. She was operated in a programmed way of a laparotomic eventration with Rives–Stoppa technique. The patient came to Emergency after 45 days of the surgery, referring hypogastric pain, fever and functional problems with the movement of both legs. The blood test showed infection signs so a CT scan was made. It was found some litics injuries in the pubic symphysis probably related with an osteoarthritis. The patient was in hospital for two weeks with potent antibiotics and after that she was discharged with improvement of the infection (Fig. 1). Diagnosis: Septic osteoarthritis due to Rives–Stoppa intervention.
