Research is fundamental in the understanding of sexuality and sexual health. Advances in this field contribute to improving the quality of life and well-being of people. In response to this fact, in recent years, publications in Sexology have increased exponentially worldwide. This is the context for this Special Issue of the International Journal of Clinical and Health Psychology. In this special issue, we aim to collect original reports of studies exploring any aspect of sexuality that represent an advance in any dimension of sexual health. We welcome manuscripts on sexual behavior, sexual functioning, sexual attitudes, sexual risk behaviors, and sexual violence. Papers interested in the development of assessment and intervention instruments and methodologies in the field of sexuality are also welcome.
