The patent is a 53-year-old male who had undergone colon resection due to a sigmoid colon adenocarcinoma with infiltration of the bladder dome and terminal ileum as well as lymph node metastases in the sigmoid mesocolon and in the preaortic region up to the lower edge of the pancreas.
