Resumen

Paciente de 35 años de edad, quien debuta con síndrome de pulmón riñon secundario a vasculitis pulmonar y depósitos renales granulosos de IgA, en quien se diagnostica vasculitis sistémica por IgA, posteriormente, presenta compromiso pancreático y cutáneo (Púrpura de Henoch - Schónlein), falleciendo ocho meses más tarde por linfoma difuso de células B de alto grado. Este es el reporte de caso número catorce en el que se establece asociación entre neoplasia hematológica y Púrpura de Henoch - Schónlein.

Summary

Patient was 35-years-old who presents with kidney-lung syndrome secondary to pulmonary vasculitis and renal granular deposits of IgA, in whom systemic vasculitis IgA was diagnosed, and then he had cutaneous and pancreatic involvement (Henoch Schönlein Purpura). He died eight months later by diffuse high grade B-cell lymphoma. This is the number fourteen case report of an association between hematological malignancy and Henoch – Schönlein.
