Se presenta un caso de la modalidad plasmocelular de la enfermedad de Castieman, cuyas hipótesis etiológicas y patogénicas son discutidas por los autores, así como el diagnóstico diferencial desde el punto de vista clínico.
Summary
The authors present a case of the plasmocellular modality of Castleman's disease and discuss the etiologic and pathogenic hypotheses as well as the differential diagnosis from the clinical point of view.
