Se presenta el caso de una paciente con un cuadro de rotura traqueal por traumatismo torácico cerrado, diagnosticado mediante broncoscopia, y se hace una revisión de los mecanismos de producción, clínica, diagnóstico y tratamiento.
Summary
The authors present the case of a patient with a clinical picture of tracheal rupture by closed chest injury which was diagnosed by means of bronchoscopy. Finally the authors review the mechanisms of production, clinical aspects, diagnosis and treatment.
