Summary

The authors contribute one case of mucoepidermoid broncheal tumor that was located in a radiologic blind zone and that produced unilateral clear lung with trapped air and hypoperfusion on the right side. The association of this picture with an episode of pneumomediastinum is extremely rare, and the authors did not find any similar case mentioned in the medical bibliography they reviewed.
