Se presenta el caso de mujer de 36 años que acude al hospital por disnea progresiva durante los cuatro años previos a su ingreso. Durante este tiempo presentó un episodio de neumotorax espontáneo, así como varios episodios hemoptoicos. Radiológicamente mostraba un patrón intersticial basal bilateral, cuyo diangóstico se realizó por biopsia pulmonar.

We report the case of a 36 years old woman admitted to the hospital because Progressive dyspnea starting four years before. During this period of time she suffered a spontaneous pneumothorax and several episodes of hemoptysis. The radiography showed bilateral basal interstitial pattern and the diagnosis was made by pulmonary biopsy.
