Se presentan dos casos de hiperplasia ganglionar gigante de localización torácica y la metodología seguida para obtener el diagnóstico. Se realiza una revisión bibliográfica acerca de las posibles causas etiológicas, manifestaciones clínicas, signos radiológicos, diagnóstico diferencial anatomopatológico y conducta terapéutica.

We present two cases of giant lymphnode hyperplasia localized in the chest and the methods we followed to make the diagnosis. We review the literature on the etiology, clinical manifestations, radiological signs, pathological differential diagnosis, and therapeutical approach of this entity.
