Resumen

Se describe el caso de un carcinoma primitivo de pulmón en un paciente tratado desde años antes con Busulfán por una leucosis mieloide crónica. La falta de alteraciones citológicas en el estudio necrópsico apoyan la no relación de la segunda neoplasia con la administración de Busulfán.

Summary

The authors describe a case of primitive lung cancer in a patient treated over a number of years with Busulfan for a chronic myeloid leukosis. The lack of cytological alterations in the autopsy, supports the non-relation of the second neoplasm with the administration of Busulfan.
