Conocida la alta rareza de presentación, en la práctica hospitalaria, de la Actinobacteriosis Pulmonar y la dificultad de su diagnóstico clínico, se presenta el único caso habido en nuestro Departamento Central de Cirugía Torácica de La Paz, comprobado anatomopatológicamente.
Se estudia el caso clínico detenidamente y se analizan los aspectos más sobresalientes, a la luz de la experiencia de otros grupos.
As the high rarity of the presentation in hospital practice of pulmonary acthinobacteriosis is known, as well as the difficulty of its clinical diagnosis, the authors presented the only case admitted to their Central Department of Thoracic Surgery in La Paz. The case was verified anatomicopathologically.
The authors study the clinical case in detail and analyze the most outstanding aspects in the light of the experience of other groups.
