This article has been retracted due to non-compliance with the journal's clinical trial registration policy. In accordance with international editorial standards, clinical trials must be prospectively registered in a public database before enrollment of the first participant. Although the study received Ethics Committee approval, the trial registration was completed after data collection had finished.
