Although laparoscopic and robotic pancreaticoduodenectomy is not performed in most hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery units today, it is an increasingly frequent technique, and its implementation in certain cases will be unquestionable in coming years. Pancreatic reconstruction is one of the most demanding parts of this surgery, specifically the pancreatic anastomosis. This video demonstrates pancreatojejunal anastomosis and the pancreatico-gastric anastomosis both during laparoscopy and robotic surgery. The systematization of the procedure allows it to be carried out safely.
