Resumen

Se presenta un caso de pulmón reumatoideo manifestado por nodulo único ulcerado.

Los autores hacen resaltar la escasa frecuencia de tal manifestación pulmonar en la artritis reumatoidea y su dificultad en el diagnóstico diferencial con otras imágenes radiológicas similares.

Summary

The authors presented a case of rheumatoid lung manifested as unique ulcerated nodule.

The authors emphasize the scarce frequency of such a pulmonary manifestation in rheumatoid arthritis and the difficulty in its differential diagnosis with other similar radiological images.
