Resumen

Se presenta el caso de una enferma con infección respiratoria por Nocardia caviae, controlada durante mas de un año, y se comentan aspectos clínicos, radiológicos y terapéuticos de la misma. Creemos es el primer caso publicado en nuestro país; y el tercero de la literatura.

Summary

The authors present the case of a patient with respiratory infection by Nocardia caviae, controlled during more then one year. They comment on its clinical, radiological and therapeutical aspects. The authors believe that this is the first case published in Spain; and the third published in world wide literature.
