A 68-year old male reported to the Emergency Service of our center with asymptomatic total hematuria for the previous 8 hours. The laboratory test parameters were normal, with the exception of slightly lowered hemoglobin and hematocrit values. Emergency abdominal ultrasound revealed no anomalies.
