Medicina Paliativa, published since 1994, is the official publication of the Sociedad Española de Cuidados Paliativos (SECPAL) (Spanish Society of Palliative Care). Medicina Paliativa is a quarterly peer-review journal and serves an interdisciplinary audience of professionals by providing a forum for the publication of works in Spanish from all disciplines associated with palliative care and especially those of a multidisciplinary nature. Medicina Paliativa publishes original articles, Reviews, Clinical Notes, Letters and any other information that is considered relevant in Palliative Care.
The Impact Factor measures the average number of citations received in a particular year by papers published in the journal during the two preceding years.
